Samuel Rosseau, Founder & Director
After practicing law as a senior associate at Schindlers Attorneys in Johannesburg, Samuel Rosseau served as a director at SWVG Inc.
In 2021, he started Rosseau Inc, a firm of attorneys specialising in commercial litigation. Rosseau Inc is in the business of making and protecting clients’ money through the application of creative and strategic ways to achieve a client’s objectives.
Samuel is recognised in the legal fraternity for his ability to find unique angles and give strategic advice on how to litigate. He is known for applications, trial actions and second opinions and is highly sought after by other law firms for specialised litigation advice and strategy.
Samuel Rosseau is an alumnus of Kearsney College, KZN, and holds three degrees, a BA degree from Rhodes, a BA honours degree from VEGA; and an LLB degree from UKZN.
Irfaan Osman, Candidate Attorney
Irfaan is a highly capable and strategically minded individual serving his second year of articles.
